Return of quality goods

The return of goods of suitable quality is possible only by Government Resolution No. 11-06-2001. 697 in accordance with the approved Retail Trade Rules. You pay the costs of returning the goods (the delivery costs of the returned goods are not refunded).

Quality product return conditions:

  • You can return the product within 14 days from the day of receiving the product.
  • The returned quality item must be original, in order and in undamaged packaging (this clause does not apply to the return of a low-quality item).
  • The product must be undamaged by the buyer.
  • The item must be unused, without losing its merchandise appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) This clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item.
  • The returned item must be in the same package as it was received.
  • Returned goods must be placed in a more protective (transportation) package (eg: a box or a protective envelope).

Processing returns for quality goods:

  • You have to complete a product return form. Contact for the product return form.
  • The completed and printed goods return form must be included in the returned shipment, so the return will be processed earlier.

Ways to return quality goods:

  • You must send an e-mail to, in which the goods return form is attached.

When returning quality goods, the costs of returning the goods are paid by the Buyer.

Return of defective goods

If the buyer was sold a product of inadequate quality before its defects, the buyer has the right to demand from UAB Daily Things, and UAB Daily Things undertakes:

  • replaced a product of unsuitable quality with a product of suitable quality;
  • reduce the price of the product accordingly;
  • return the money paid for the product.

Defective goods are returned:

  • You have to complete product return form. You can get the product return form by contacting
  • You must send an e-mail to, in which the form the completed form is attached.
  • If you do not have the opportunity to have a product return form, you must send an email to:, in which: the buyer's name, all possible contact details (telephone, mobile phone, e-mail), order number, purchase and the date of receipt of the shipment, the amount paid, the name of the product and a detailed description of the defects found.

If it is determined that the item was damaged due to the buyer's fault, the item is returned to the buyer only after paying for the return, reshipment (if the buyer does not wish to collect the item from our store).
The money is returned to the account specified by the buyer within 10 working days from the delivery of the returned goods to UAB Daily Things warehouse. The money is returned to the account specified in the refund form.
